    Sono una loro cliente, passo spesso e ogni volta non esco mai a mani vuote. Solitamente c’è sempre una signora bionda molto gentile che suppongo sia la store manager. Ieri 13/12/25 però c’erano solo 3 ragazze. Sono entrata e non mi hanno nemmeno salutata, ho salutato io. Stavano chiacchierando tra loro e alla mia richiesta di una taglia, una mi risponde scocciata (perchè l’ho interrotta dalle sue chiacchiere) “è tutto fuori se non la vedi non c’è”. Anche io faccio questo lavoro e odio segnalare cose simili però se il negozio È VUOTO e ci sono solo io, per una semplice domanda non puoi trattarmi cosi. Anche nel momento del pagamento, solitamente la signora bionda (come in tutti gli altri store) ha cura della “confezione” profumandone sempre la carta, ieri non ho ricevuto questo solito trattamento. Spero che le ragazze imparino meglio questo lavoro e a rapportarsi con i clienti altrimenti capisco perchè ieri, diversamente dal solito, il negozio fosse vuoto.

    I had a very bad experience at the Victoria’s Secret store in Venice. The staff entered the wrong information on my Tax Free Form (they used my visa number instead of my passport number). When I came back to ask for a correction, they blamed me for giving them the wrong details, even though I only showed them my passport. I believe the staff should know the Global Blue tax refund procedure, but instead of helping, they said they could not change it just 5 minutes later. At the airport, even the customs officer contacted the store, but the staff still refused to support. They are not willing to revise the form. This mistake made me lose my tax refund and left me with a terrible shopping experience.

    Это небольшой магазин, в котором ассортимент сильно отличается от полноценных бутиков сети. Здесь больше акцент на парфюмерию, аксессуары и базовое нижнее бельё, а выбор коллекционной одежды довольно ограничен. Цены стандартные для бренда, без особых скидок, так что это скорее место для спонтанных покупок, чем для полноценного шопинга. Если просто любите Victoria’s Secret и хотите купить что-то на память, можно заглянуть, но специально идти сюда нет особого смысла.
