    My mom was waiting in the line to pay and i was waiting in another line which was not moving at all. When I returned to her the italian women behind us started arguing and went in front of us. We told them that we were there before them and the italian woman started to argue that I was in different line. I told them that me and my mom were still there first, I just went to try another line, which was not moving quickly so I joined her back, but she told the cashier something and the cashier took her things before ours and we had to wait for her things to be packed while she was smirking at us! The problem was that we felt as that we as not italian people were discriminated, because the ladies and cashier were italian and speaking something. I personaly work at retail and I would never allow this to happen! It was 2.12.2025 around 12.45 the line on the left, cashier lady closer to the wall with perfumes. Other ladies working in the store were so lovely and helpful! They made the experience a little nicer. We spent there over 300€, a little nicer approach could make me want to go there again

    A primo impatto mi sono sentita un po' lasciata al mio destino, fino a quando una ragazza (se non ricordo male Giorgia) e venuta in mio soccorso dimostrandosi fin da subito molto cordiale e attenta alle mie richieste nonostante fosse sommersa di cose da fare e colleghe che richiedevano sua assistenza. E riuscita a guidarmi nell'acquisto di un regalo di compleanno, facendomi azzeccare la taglia al primo colpo solo vedendo le foto della persona che avrebbe indossato i capi.     A small shop with beautiful clothing that matches Victoria’s Secret quality. It carries all the essentials, and the staff is incredibly helpful. There were also several great offers available. Overall, a lovely store worth visiting!

    Beh, quando hai donne in casa  dall'adolescenza in poi, qui puoi tranquillamente trovare qualcosa che faccia al caso tuo. Il personale è davvero cordiale  e disponibile a seguirti passo passo nella scelta e acquisto di qualsiasi prodotto presente nel punto vendita.

    Insieme a quello di Galleria del Corso, questo è il pv di milano dove mi trovo meglio. Devo dire che, come in galleria del corso, il personale sembra davvero cambiare in continuazione. Io compro molto spesso da VS e da anni e sempre negli stessi pv, ma non rivedo mai le stesse commesse. È un po’ un peccato perché aiuterebbe nel processo di fidelizzazione.
